Our proofreading service, that is comparing the style, meaning and form of the translation and the original text, is completed by qualified and/or accredited linguists. We can offer advisory and logistics services for your conference interpreting assignments in order to properly understand and meet your requirements. Our skilled technicians can easily satisfy any last-minute needs. Additionally, our state-of-the-art infrared equipment ensures an excellent sound and reception in the room with total confidentiality.
Interpreters
We rely on a team of experienced and certified interpreters that provide regular services in:
- Simultaneous interpretation for bi-lingual and multilingual meetings or conferences (It requires the use of conference interpreting and audio equipment)
- Whispered Interpreting for one or two delegates in a meeting, lecture or any other event (It does not require the use of equipment)
- Consecutive interpreting for meetings or tours (It does not require the use of equipment but turns the process relatively slow since conversations are repeated in real time. It is common for informal small business meetings, committees and small conferences)
- All major languages (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, etc.)
- All major areas of expertise (finance, commerce, medical, engineering, etc
We charge per interpreter according to an eight-hour day. Travel, food and accommodation expenses are charged separately, if required. Our interpreters are based all around the world, so you can always rely on a suitable interpreter as close to the venue as possible.

We provide your meetings with the most skilled technicians and advanced equipment for conferences of one hundred or one thousand delegates:
- Williams Sound FM or infra-red cordless headsets with up to 8 channels allowing delegates to switch freely between languages and move around the conference area.
- A completely portable Williams Sound system for situations requiring interpreting for a small group of visitors that needs to walk around in complete freedom.
- ISO 4043 standard soundproof booths, audiovisual and computing tools in order to facilitate the interpreting process and enable all delegates to understand and participate freely in a conference.
