STOES has  always been committed to and complied  with the highest quality guidelines and the ISO 9001 standard.     According to Tania Intriago, Executive President, “We not only follow those standards but we are also members of  bodies which set those standards for our industry, i.e. The American Translators’ Association and The Orlando Convention and Visitors´Bureau.” We are also members of the most important and prestigious databases of translators and interpreters worldwide, that is one of our main assurances to deliver on time high-quality translations of any magnitude, language combination, and/or subject area.

“Over the last 10 years”, notes Orestes Martínez, CEO, “STOES has relied on a Quality Assurance manual including   extremely rigorous quality control processes, that are constantly improved.”  These procedures are  fully applied to all of our services: translation, interpreting, equipment hire, and so on.

STOES employs fully qualified and experienced translators and interpreters, that  translate into their mother tongue. They are selected for a project according to their knowledge and experience. In case we cannot meet certain language needs with the local staff, STOES has full active membership in several  databases of over 9,000 carefully screened translators and interpreters  throughout the world.

We have set up a working methodology for which we are respected and recognized all over.

Before beginning a project, the project  manager will seek to ensure that no consistency and uniformity problems will occur. For this first stage, we rely on critical tools of translation, including control of style, intention, sense, context and situation of the source and target texts; and the use of customized glossaries and dictionaries. The second stage implies  revision of the translated content by a qualified and experienced linguist. Moreover, we make use of TRADOS-SDL, the advanced system of language correction that guarantees uniformity and consistency in the final translation and reduces  delivery time. At a third stage, the text and charts of the translated document are edited as per the original by qualified staff,   fully conversant with a wide array of software packages. Finally, A project manager will proofread the translation thoroughly before it is completed and  delivered to the customer.

All the above procedures ensure that we comply with the highest possible standard of translation and project management as we exceed our customers’ needs and expectations. In short, says Orestes Martínez, CEO, “We say and do things as and at the time the clients want to hear and see them thus saving time and money to our customers.”

We give all of our customers peace of mind thanks to our total confidenciality policy. Hence, all the originals, copies and/or translations are regarded as confidential. Nonetheless, we are willing and able to sign a confidentiality agreement if necessary. This policy also applies to the interpeting services: our state-of-the-art equipment relies on an infrared signal that is confined to the conference room. This is the reason why embassies, legal firms, personalities, and any individual and/or organization handling top secret information hire us to meet their translation and/or interpreting needs. Our 10 years in the market and no information leak is the best evidence of our seriousness. Thanks for depending on us.

The best evidence of our success is shown through the large number of recognized organizations and individuals, that have entrusted us with their translation projects.

Please, do no hesitate to contact us for references and testimonials about our work
